1 cup of flour
1 cup of water
2 1/2 tablespoons of sugar
1/2 tsp of salt
2 tablespoons oil
For frying: 2 liters of oil
To cover or bread: 1/2 Cup of sugar and cinnamon to taste To fill: Veganísimo Vegan Caramel the super dessert to taste
Prepare a pot with the two liters of oil and leave on low heat. In a plate, put half a cup of sugar with the cinnamon and mix well.
In another saucepan, bring the water, salt, sugar, and 2 tablespoons of oil to a boil. When it starts to boil, remove from heat and add the flour. Mix to make a uniform dough.
Put dough in a star-colored cake decorating bag (optional), and on waxed paper you can put the churros of the desired size.
Take a little dough and dip into the oil to see if the oil temperature is ready. When we put the piece of dough in the oil, it has to float and so we know that it is at the exact point to fry our churros.
Add the churros to the oil to brown them. They are removed and drained on kitchen paper and reserved.
Since you have all the churros you can take a metal straw and drill each churro. With another cake decorating bag, the churros are filled with Veganisimo Vegan Caramel.
Then they are covered with the cinnamon sugar preparation. Enjoy!
