Ingredients

1 1/2 teaspoon of sugar
1 pinch of salt
1 1/2 Cup of wheat flour
1 1/2 Cup of soy, almond or coconut milk (whichever is your preference) Oil necessary to fry the crepe

Filling:
Veganisimo Vegan Caramel Chopped wall nuts (optional) Chopped banana (optional)

Preparation

Flour, sugar and salt hover. In the blender add the milk and the sifted ingredients, liquefy until the lumps disappear. Let the dough rest for 30 minutes in the refrigerator in a tightly covered tupper. After that time, remove the mixture and stir it slightly with a spatula. Put a teflon pan on medium heat, smear a little oil on it and put the dough with a ladle, trying to move the pan so that the dough covers the bottom and leaves a thin layer of mixture. It is left a few minutes in order to cook the dough, without browning. It is turned. And when it is seen that the crepe is already cooked, it is removed from the pan and reserved. So on until we have made all the crepes.

Besides we have Veganísimo Vegan Caramel the Super Dessert, the chopped walnut and the sliced banana.

Put the crepe on a plate and cover it with the vegan caramel, add the walnut and the banana to taste, folding it into a triangle.

The vegan caramel can be added warm, so it is suggested that it be heated for a few minutes in a frying pan or in the microwave.

To finish you can cover the glass sugar crepe or with Veganisimo Vegan Caramel.
